What the proof checks

Each player commits to a hidden valid fleet before the first shot. After every shot, the browser makes a Groth16 proof that the announced hit or miss matches the committed board, without revealing any unshot cells.

The copied transcript lets anyone verify the setup proofs, shot proofs, legal turn order, repeated-shot rule, hit counts, winner, and transcript hash. It proves that each player followed the rules without revealing their strategy.
